New ONDCP director: I’ve never been in favor of medical pot or legalization

Michael Botticelli was confirmed as the director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy in February, and now he has this to say about legal cannabis. “From the time that I have been in this job, the time that I’ve been in Massachusetts, I’ve never been in favor of either medical marijuana or legalization.”
